Only some Checkout payments show up under Accounting Transactions

I am using the Beta version of Checkouts that but I have a lot of payments that show up under payments/checkouts, but they do not show up under Accounting -> Transactions. Many do, but not all. It is unclear to me if Payments is not posting them all under transactions, of if I am simply not getting paid for all of my checkouts. It would be pretty time consuming to cross reference with my bank account because Wave lumps several payments together, which did not necessarily happen on the same date.

Please help! Is anyone else having this problem or know who to talk to?
