Reset an account

Hi,
How can we reset an account. We have done some test to ensure everything's fine and we want to start fresh with the chart of accounts we have now.

There isn't a reset feature. If you'd like to keep your CoA - it'll be a manual process of deleting the things you've added. Is your CoA highly customized? Might be easiest to delete the account and recreate it in a new one?
Brian is correct- there is not necessarily a 'reset' function available. Although the CoA is customizable, depending on how much you wish to change, it may be more suitable to create a new profile under 'Manage your profile' to 'start afresh'!

The best to start anew in Wave is to create a new business. However you are able to head to your transactions page, select all of the transactions here and delete them all. Invoices however will need to be deleted one by one. This is why I usually recommend a user start fresh by creating a new business. Hope this helps
