Hey @ANBARASAN,
Although the invoice template doesn't provide the exact fields for entering GSTIN, you can add the necessary information to the Notes section of your invoice, or using the default subheading for the GSTIN; you can add these default settings to your invoices at Settings > Invoice Customization.
