Link to invoice disappears when forwarded

I email the invoice to customer. he authorises for payment & forwards to their accounts department.Think link disappears and the box one would click to "View Online" is blank

    Hi @Brandactive.

    I tried testing it on my end and I wasn't able to replicate the issue. Is your client still having this problem?

    You could send a PDF copy of the invoice to ensure that the invoice makes it through your client's approval process. You can do this by clicking Additional options when sending you invoice and checking Attach the invoice as a PDF.
