Where is my Payout?

I had a payout that was due on the 26th, I messaged a wave representative and they said that they seen it was scheduled to be deposited into my bank account on the 26th. I went to my bank and my bank does not have any sign of a pending deposit. Today is the 27th I am in CST and i still havent seen my payout deposit to my bank. Please help me.
