I am late with payroll

I need urgent help regarding payroll for Breakthrough Academy. Somehow I did not approve payroll after I did it for Dec. 31. We have 18 employees and it is very important to pay them on time. How can I run a payroll through Wave, so that I pay net pay to employees through RBC pay employee directly on their account. Wave still should pay remittances to CRA. Does anyone know how can I do that?
