Mark Invoice as Paid

Hi all. I am new to Wave and to the Community. I am not currently using the payments module. Is there a way to manually mark an invoice as paid ? Cheers, Rob

Yes! You can mark invoices as paid in Wave using the 'Record a Payment' feature:

Which will allow you to record the date of payment, amount, method of payment (check, cash, card, etc.):

Is there a reason you did not use the Payments feature in Wave? Your customers will have the option to pay with Credit Card (or ACH) and this usually means you get paid much faster.
