ERROR MESSAGE ON PAYMENT RECEIPT

The payments of my invoices are done by split payments , which I send receipts to costumers. When I try to record a payment and send a receipt it appear this error message '' Oops! There was an issue with recording your payment. Please try again''. It's not cache issues as I have cleared that and logged in using different computers as well.

I need to solve this ASAP as I have costumers waiting for receipts

    I'm having the same problem when I try to correct the bank account that the payment actually went to.

    Hey @Jessicalimaa, it looks like you have two separate support requests open with our team to resolve this, which were both replied to the same day you posted this message. Check your inbox, and you'll see that Phil has replied requesting your permission to add himself as a guest user to troubleshoot. I recommend replying to him, and he'll be able to sort this out!
