Accepting a deposit via Credit Card

Hey everyone,
Is there a way I can accept a partial payment as a deposit from one of my invoices I sent out to a customer? Customer wants to pay by CC. Is there a function for that?

    I'm trying to figure this out as well. Right now I just let the client know what the deposit will be and ask them to make that payment with their credit card. Then they can pay the balance at the due date.
