Sales Tax not calculating on one of my products - since 29 Jan 2019

One of my products will not calculate the sales tax on the estimate (quote), but when I convert the estimate to invoice, it does calculate and increase the total to what it should have been without the error. This means that all my quotes with this item on it are incorrect.
I have tried to remove and add the item and sales tax on its own, but the problem persists.
Does anyone have a clue what could be going on?
