Can I have a customer title in my emailed invoices?

I noticed that the emails I send to clients have a title that says,
" Red Alert Consulting has sent you an invoice for
$XXX.XX
Due on [Due Date] "
Can this be changed? I usually bill my clients for time upfront that I dispense to them as needed, where I think they assume that this is how much it will cost as a flat fee.
