How do I get paid?

It is difficult to talk, chat or contact someone from Wave. How do you set up or edit the way you are to receive payments?

Hi @Cesarparra1 thanks for connecting with us. It's currently our busiest time of year, so our team is responding to lots of requests, but we do our best to stay on top of things. I appreciate you letting us know this has been a challenge; we'll take a look at how we missed you.

To turn on payments:

• During invoice create, click the Turn on Payments button at the top of the invoice page
• Or head to Sales > Payments from the left-hand menu

Once you've turned on payments, you can issue payments-enabled invoices, and then complete your setup from that same Payments page. Here's a reference for the information you'll want to have at hand. Later, settings, such as the account where you'd like payments to be deposited, can be modified in your Settings menu, under Payments. Until you've completed setup, navigating here will redirect you back to the onboarding page.
