It took 26.38 seconds to load the dashboard | Export download never completes-Speed less than 60kbps

Wave has become very slow.
Waiting for 26 seconds to load a page is ridiculous.

I've attached Chrome Console Log and network .har file here.

What's the problem?

On twitter, people say it's very fast. But it's not for me.

I've 10mbps broadband connection and it's working perfectly with everything else.

Please help.
