Hi @anandr! In my experience, this is something that happens when there's something missing from the draft in question.
Have you tried remaking the invoice from scratch? If that works, you can just delete your draft and work from that one.
I would need more information to give a more precise answer. Are you able to edit the invoice and make sure everything is filled in? Note that you won't be able to approve an invoice if there is no products entered on it.
