Hi @francisjoeberina! I saw the ticket you sent to the Support Team and noticed that you are a collaborator without editing and sending permission. Your permissions as a collaborator are set to "View Only".
If you want to be able to edit and approve invoices, you'll have to ask the business owner to change your permissions to at least "View and edit".
