How to Rearrange Line Items in Invoices

I've been looking for an explanation for how to rearrange line items in an invoice. Could someone out there tell me how to do that or tell me where I can find the explanation? Thanks!

When creating or editing an invoice, you can click on the vertical dot bars on the left side of each line item. You can click and drag the line items into the order you'd like to see and then save the invoice. I've attached a screenshot so you can see the vertical dotted bars.
