Cant Invite my Accountant

Hi there
I am trying to give access to my accountant so she can over look my business for the passed week but I keep on getting and error message. I have kept trying for a couple days now thinking it may be a technical error that would resolve sooner or latter but it has not. Every time I invite my accountant I get the following message " Oops. There was an error loading your data. Please try again". Please help !!!!

    Hey @AvalonRe! By any chance have you signed up for Wave through ADP Run? If yes, you will need to reach out to your ADP Rep in order to get your accountant added as a user to your account.

    If this is not the case, would you be able to send me a screenshot of the error message you are seeing when you try to add your accountant?

    Another thing to note if your account is not connected to Wave through ADP, can you ensure that you are logged in under the primary email address when attempting to add a user to your account. Thanks :)
