Hey @hongmei , @ryanolsen0 , Thanks for reaching out! Wave currently only offers in house payment processing to our users in North America. For some of our users outside of that we have partnered with Stripe to take care of the processing. In these cases Stripe fully takes care of the processing (timelines & fees) and Wave looks after the accounting. For any inquiries about Stripe payments I recommend reaching out to them directly at Support.stripe.com.
Wave's processing timelines for our users in North America is 1-2 Business days for Credit Card payments (2.9% + $0.30 fee per transaction) and 4-7 Business days (1% fee per transaction) for Bank Payments.
