Hi @Ursula.
You can't delete a recurring invoice. You can end it by clicking the arrow to the right of it and choosing End, but it won't be removed. It'll end up archived under All recurring invoices.
You can edit them after the fact almost the same way, by clicking that same arrow and choosing Edit.
You won't be able to change the customer for a recurring invoice. If you need to change minor details about that customer, however, you'll find a button that says "Edit [Company's name]", right under your customer's address block.
You can also always change your customer's information through the Customers page, under Sales in the menu on the left.
