How to see when a customer viewed their invoice

Hi
I didn't have the wave app until a second ago. But i have been using the desktop version for some time.
Currently in a battle with a customer who hasn't paid for over a month and she says she didn't receive the invoices or reminders.
I sent them through wave and even selected the option to send a copy of the invoice to myself. However that copy is in my inbox but it doesn't show their email address. Only shows that it's sent from wave.
Can you guys at wave see on your side when they did view the invoice so that my lawyers can get back to them and get my money?
What info do you need from me in order to look this up on your side?

Hey @RMP - would you be able to send me a private message with the email you use to login to Wave, as well as the customer's email customer address? Also, if you could provide the invoice number as well, we can take a deeper look into this and figure out if it was sent out properly and whether or not it was opened.
