Suspended Account

I tried to log into my waveaccount and got the notification below:

Your account is temporarily suspended.
We would like to reinstate your account but need your help to do that.

You have likely received an email with details on your account suspension.

Please follow the steps outlined in the email, or contact our Customer Support Heroes for prompt attention.

Also see attached notification.

Can this be resolved quickly as we have alot of information back there?
