We're hoping to have more invoice customization available to our users in the near future, but we still don't have any immediate plans in doing so (in terms of adding the specific feature that you're requesting... the due upon 7 days). Appreciate your understanding here, as we continue to work out new features that could be beneficial for our users.

I too, would love to have an option for a 7 day due date option. This is fundamental and a standard in the food industry.
I would also love a 7 day default due date option!
