Account Transactions - Option to ignore Starting Balance

This is a request for an option on the Account Transactions report to ignore Starting Balances for income and expense accounts.

This report is required by our accountant as part of his review of our accounts. It is confusing to have a starting balance that comes from a prior period. We have discussed doing a traditional close of these accounts as a workaround but that would then make analysis of past period income and expenses inaccurate.

It would also be good to be able to sort this report by date instead of account. This would effectively be a journal report.
