Payout on hold

All my payouts have been put on hold for a week now instead of being instant like they were previously. Is this a glitch or permanent change and how long are wave "holds"?

    Hi Wave Team, I like that you're responding promptly to us users here, but find it a bit deficient that there's no explanation on the issue. I'm having the same problem and in every instance I've found a thread on this topic, you privately resolve the issue.

    Please fill us in on why this situation is happening.

    @MitchBLUME It looks like you've been in touch one of our Support Specialists and she's been able to help you with your payouts being on hold.

    To answer you question though, we solve these kinds of issues privately because there are a number of reasons why a payout could be placed on hold. Because these reasons have to do with Account Management, it's just more appropriate and secure to deal with them on a case-by-case manner in the privacy of a support ticket.
