Minimum amount in merchant account

We have just signed up for Wave payments. When we accept payments, will there be a minimum amount retained in the merchant account? Or the full amount will get transferred to the bank.

A small portion of the transaction is taken as fees. You can find all the details about the fees charged for payments made through Wave at https://www.waveapps.com/payments.
