I’m a new customer to waive the verified my account. My customers credit card was charged six days ago I have still not received the funds in my account. I emailed day after day to the support team at wave with absolutely no communication whatsoever from them

I've dug into your on-going correspondence with our Account Management team and it looks like they have released the payment to you. The team undergoes a number of different processes when determining whether or not they can support an account and all of this this plays into their ultimate decision.
If you'd like to discuss the Account Management's decision further, feel free to respond to the email from the team and they'd be able to provide you with further insight into this.
