Hey @punit_Trikha, you can! I think the easiest way would be to record future rent checks as bills under Purchases > Bills however. This would add the pending totals to your accounts payable, which should help you better project what your outflows/expenses will be for any given month or period!
Once that check is cashed, you can mark the bill as paid. Alternatively, if you have your bank connected, you'd just want to locate the expense transaction and categorize it against the bill. To do this you would choose the category 'Payment sent for Bill in Wave' and then the exact bill.
To save time as well, you can generate your first rent bill, and then duplicate it the number of times you need to show. Once done, all you'd need to do is change the due date.
