    Hello all. Has anyone found a resolution to this issue? My app always shows offline unless I log out and come back in. To be very clear this was not an issue up till mid last year 2020. In the past whenever I open the app it was always online regardless if I was on Wifi or Cellular/LTE.

    1) Yes I've tried deleting and re-downloading the app.
    2) No it doesn't matter if I'm on Wifi or cellular.

    It's super inconvenient to have to log out and log back in each time I have to scan in receipts.

    Same issue. This renders the app (and the entire Wave product suite) useless to me. Any feedback from the vendor/ product team?
