The way you can change your business name is by selecting the *business name at the top left > Manage your profile > Businesses > Find your business name > Beside it there should be a pencil icon which will allow you to change a variety business details.

No, personal is a default account and cannot be changed. If you are accessing using the web, then you have to go to the left menu > Manage your profile > Businesses. There you will find the companies you set up and you will be able to change their details.

can you rename the personal business to a different name? what if the businesses don't have a pencil beside it
