Wave debiting my account

I received an alert last night that Wave debited my account for the the same amount that they had credited it earlier in the day. It overdrew my account a l wasn’t very happy.
I can find no proof that this is a chargeback (no email from Wave indicating so and the client says she didn’t do it). They just reversed what they’d done earlier in the day.
Anyone have any experience with this and how to remedy?
