This seems odd as we have a few means of reaching out to us. One is opening up a ticket with us by selecting the contact us button which should take you to a page that looks like this:
Then you should be able to submit a ticket on a page that looks like this:
You may be experiencing some browser issues if this is not working for you. Can you make sure you're using one of our supported browsers like Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. Be sure they are up to date and clear your cache and browsing data. You can also try opening an incognito window in Chrome which disables any browser plugins which might be hindering your Wave experience.
Lastly, not sure if you've tried our chat widget at the bottom of your Wave apps screen. Live chat support has helped our users out greatly!
