all our sales are done with cash. How do we record daily cash sales in wave?

The easiest way is to connect your bank account and let the bank activity flow automatically. Once imported you can code as sales. Alternatively, you can do manual bookkeeping by going to transactions and on the top right of screen click on add income. Record the amount received and complete the rest of the data.
