Can't receive "send a copy" and verification e-mails

Hi, I've noticed several users facing the same problem of not receiving their verification e-mails. I also used to be able to receive copies of my invoices sent when I selected the "Send a copy to ..." option but it suddenly stopped one day. Please help!

    Hey @denisechan

    I see you've got two email addresses as the primary login under your account but only one of them has been verified. Can you confirm that the email address you log in from is the one you've verified as your primary email address? You can check this by selecting the business name at the top left > manage your profile > emails and connected accounts > and there under actions you should be able to verify an email address if you need to.

    It's likely that the copy of the invoice is going to the initial email account signed up for in Wave.

    Can you try logging in from your secondary address and sending the verification again and letting me if that works now?
