Delaware LLC Annual Franchise Tax

Hello, as a single member LLC owner I pay $300 of Franchise Tax annually to the state of Delaware. How should I be categorizing that expense?

    Either Taxes - Other or filing fees. You may need to create the account in your chart of accounts.
