Hey @Ruth. I feel as though in this situation, it would be best if you did a bit of browser troubleshooting here. If you could clear your cached data/cookies and then make sure you are using the latest version of Chrome/Firefox, I do think this would allow you to create/edit new invoices in Wave.
Hey @Ruth, I am really sorry to hear that you feel that way. I would be happy tp help get to the bottom of things here, would you be able to send me a screenshot of your screen when your invoices are not loading? Can you please include your URL in the image?
Did you try clearing your caches & cookies as Jamie mentioned above? What browser are you using at the minute?

Thank you for replying, although I don't think clearing the cached data/cookies will help, when I get the error again (it comes and goes).
It is really hard to get in touch with Wave support, I'm very frustrated, every time there is a problem with the site I feel helpless.
