Importing Contacts

I'm looking to import my CRM information in to Wave. If customers in the CSV file already exist in Wave, will it just edit the existing file or will is create a duplicate one?

    Hey @HuskyLogic, Wave more will not recognize if the customer already exists in your account, which means if you import ones that already exist you will end up with duplicates, which can be deleted!

    I have a question on exporting customer list. I see we can import easily, how do we export into a .csv file for email list purposes?

    Hey @webmaxdotca, thanks for reaching out! I'm afraid there is no where in your account to export your customer list as a CSV. The best way for your export that data would be via Wave Connect, Wave Connect allows you to upload or download transactional data, invoices, customer lists, etc, into a Google spreadsheet.
