Expense in an invoice

Hello,
I would like to add a line in my invoice for an expense.
What I mean is I sell some products to a shop but this shop is also renting me its kitchen.
So on the invoice, I would like one line with an 'Income account' to sell my products and one line 'Expense account' to be charged for the rent.
Is it possible?

Hey @SoFreo, thanks for reaching out! It is only possible to invoice for income in Wave, which means that it is not possible to add an expense line on your invoice I'm afraid. We do have a Bills feature which allows you to account for all of your expenses to be paid to vendors, once the bill is paid you can record a payment to the bill, which will generate a corresponding expense transaction on your transactions page!
