I opened a case 6 months ago. 2 months ago I was assured the problem was fixed, well it wasn't and any follow up I've made in the past two months has simply gone unanswered

Hi @anazary1 , thanks for reaching out. I apologize for the delay in resolving your Bank Connection issue. In Wave, Bank Connections are made possible through our partnership with a third-party provider of secure bank data connections.
Since the connections are handled by a third party, many of the issues with bank connections that arise do take some time to be resolved.
