How can you export customers from one WaveApps account and import into another? i have downloaded and saved as CSV file. The upload does not accept the same fields as the download which is ridiculous, i could delete some of the fields except the upload does not have state as a accepted field, therefore I am unable to import my customers full address which makes the import useless. I would love if someone could reach out and deal with the copying of customers from one company to another please.

In cases like these, I point our users in the direction of using Wave Connect (a Google Sheet add-on) so you can export/import your data more seamlessly, rather than using the regular CSV uploader: https://support.waveapps.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020768272-Wave-Connect-Easily-import-and-export-data-with-Wave-s-Google-Sheets-add-on- If you are still having difficulty uploading your customers into Wave after trying this add-on, please let us know so we can further assist.
How do we export out of Wave into a spreadsheet or address book format? Actually - it would be nice if we are able to print address labels directly from waveapps...
Hey @mrs. You have two options in terms of exporting CSV content for your spreadsheets. 1) You can go to the Settings > Others > Data Export and select 'Export Transactions' -- this includes a few different data pieces that you can get from Wave.
