I'm trying to change our business address but cant find the option to do that anywhere on the site?

Click on your business name on the top left. That should bring a drop down, select Manage my profile. Click on business, then edit (little pencil next to the name)
@Mikeg as you can see there is no option to edit the business.
I'm wondering if it's because I'm an "admin" not "owner"?

You cannot change any of the info for businesses that you are admin or editor. That would be done at the owner level. Meaning the owner credentials are used to login to the account. From what I gather from above, your login does not have a business, just personal and you are collaborator for others. If you need to change the address for one of the collaborator businesses then you will need the owner credentials.
