Hi @shopandshipusallc , welcome to the Wave community! It is very nice to have you here! It seems like you may be on your Personal profile. To create an Invoice, please switch over to a Business profile. To switch to an existing Business profile in your Wave account, please click the menu button in the top left hand corner of the page, then click on the desire Business name from the dropdown list of Businesses that appear. If you need to create a new Business, click the menu button in the top left hand corner of your Wave account and select Create a new business.

There is also no sales tab on the menu.
