I was wondering can murphy wall bank in murphysboro Illinois be added to the list so I can sync it

Sorry, but I don't see how it's helpful that Wave, a company I actually have an account with, has read-only access to my bank data based on my giving full access to another company that I don't have a relationship with. Now, if that partner only had read-only access, that's fine, but they don't--I'm prompted for the same credentials I use to login to my bank.

Ever since Wave change data provider for bank connections I lost the connection with my bank "Royal Bank of Canada" and it has been several days without being able to import transactions from chequing account and credit card account.

Also experienced this issue - and there is no visibility at all in to the timeline for a fix, nor has there been any communication from Wave product management or Wave leadership on addressing the issues with their data provider and RBC. Lots of room for improvement !

Hi @shawnmcglock & @Howard Thaw, thanks for reaching out here. We are currently experiencing some issues with RBC connections. Our data aggregator is working to try and resolve the issue but I'm afraid I do not have an ETA to provide. We know these connections are important to you so we hope to have this resolved soon.

Hey I tried to connect my account to my RBC account but was unable to. How can I fix this @EmmaP

    Hey @Real_Machine_2 !

After taking a closer look at your bank connections on the back end, it looks like you connected to RBC successfully. However, it looks like you don't have automatic transaction imports enabled. To enable this feature, please help over to Banking > Connected Accounts in the left navigation menu and turn the import switch to "On". If you aren't seeing this on your end for whatever reason, I suggest deleting and reconnecting your bank connection.

If you try to delete a bank connection on the Banking > Connected Accounts page that is also used for payouts, you won't be able to delete it since you are required to have a payout account at all times.

Before you can delete your bank connection, you will need to reconnect your payout account manually to break your current connection since it is connected through Plaid. To do so, please navigate to Settings -> Payouts -> Update account. In the search window, enter dummy information like "0000". Click "Use your bank transit, institution, and account number" in blue text and enter your account details. Below I attached a screenshot for reference:

Once this is done, you can successfully delete your current bank connection on the Banking > Connected Accounts page and reconnect it. This will not delete any previous imported data. :)

Please note, when reconnecting your financial institution, please select a specific date to resume transaction imports to prevent duplicates in your account.

BMO is broken now, has been for months. This is pretty embarrassing. Is it a step toward removing automatic bank connection altogether or is Plaid simply inept?
