My clients are not receiving the invoices vie email why is this

    Hey @Shellie

    I'm looking into your account from our email servers and not seeing any sent invoices on our end since July 31st.

    Can you just verify that you've selected the send invoice through our system?

    Also when was the last time you've sent an invoice?

    An alternative would be to download the PDF and send it that way, or use the Send from Gmail/Outlook option at the top of the send modal. Curious whether these alternatives are sending as well.

    There are a few troubleshooting steps to take that should resolve the issue.

    1. If you're using a VPN, please disable it.

    2. If you're still having trouble, please make sure that your browser is compatible with Wave. Chrome/Firefox/Edge

    3. Disabling your antivirus software, or adding waveapps.com to your antivirus whitelist should resolve any access issues you're having with our integrations or third party modals (such as banking login info).
