Mobile App - First Time user

New to Wave, I have entered my customer info on my laptop and also created a couple of invoices but when I look at my mobile app, I can't see all this info - does the mobile app "update" with the info I've entered on my laptop? TIA

    Hey @samnico! Welcome to Wave! The invoicing mobile app should update automatically to reflect invoices entered into your Wave account. As a start, log out and back into the app, making sure you use the same email address that you created your Wave account with. If you find it is not updating correctly, I recommend trying these steps to see if it helps to resolve the issue:

    • Try closing and re-launching the app.
    • Check to make sure that you're connected to a cellular data or WiFi network.
    • Ensure that you've turned on permissions from the settings menu of your device.
    • Uninstall and reinstall the app on your device.
    • Restart your device.
