Invoice pdf copy to self.

Could someone please help me setup the option of having a pdf copy of each invoice sent to my personal email as well as the clients?

When I first used wave this option worked and for some reason it’s not working anymore. Both on Mobile app and website.

    Hey there @Dr_Nienhuis

    My guess here is that you switched you email over in your Wave account once you got a proper business email domain, then perhaps haven't verified your email.

    1. Can you head to your business name at the top left
    2. Manage your profile.
    3. Emails and connected accounts
    4. Here you should be able see whether your new email was verified.
    5. Do you see an option to send an email verification? If so do this and select the link in your email account.

    This should allow a secure verified connection with your Wave account and your new email allowing you to receive important notifications from your Wave account. Let us know if this works!
