I have two questions:
- How do I see how much of a product I have sold, ie hand cream
- How much of the product I have left - stock on hand and stock sold

Wave doesn't currently have an inventory management system, as it was designed with businesses that offer services in mind. We do have a workaround available to account for COGS and for the value of your stock, and you can find it here.
I would recommend reading this post to learn more about the way we choose which features to build for Wave.
Just wanted to add to this, that you can count me in as one more person (very!) interested in a dedicated inventory management feature within Wave
When you sell a lot of small/cheap things and have many transactions to deal with it becomes a real drag using the current method available (outlined here).
