As a support specialist at Wave I'll be honest and let you know that I'm a bit naive with regards to what a CRM software software actually does.
Would you mind sharing a use-case scenario for how this type of integration into Wave would help your business out?
Currently, I use MeisterTask to handle my work orders. (My business has grown and I need to move over to an actual CRM) I have Wave connected to MT via Zapier. Everytime an invoice is created it creates a card on my pipeline with the order details. Then I work the clients order through my pipelines. Because I work alone, I wear many hats to run my business. Which means I have to automate everything.
The same would be with using Teamwork CRM
When a new contact is created in Wave, it would also add them to my CRM contacts.
When an estimate is created in Wave, it would then create a Lead in my CRM.
When an invoice is created it would create an Opportunity in my pipeline to work the order just like in Meistertask.
This saves me time and keeps me on top of multiple tasks that I have to oversee in addition to work.
I have searched for a CRM to fit my needs and budget for a few years. I really like Teamwork for its simplicity and its new so I get to contribute to the features.
I don't know is integration is a good solution or just sticking with Zapier fulfills it.
