An exciting part of Wave's journey is how we're expanding our offerings and who we work with to support the needs of brave entrepreneurs like you. One of the ways we're doing this is through our partner program, which includes new integrations, financial services, and professional networks to help you be successful and reach new heights as an ent…Laura_Kavanagh Announcement 553 views 11 comments 0 points Most recent by j_HK November 14, 2020 7:13AM

Hello API team, Suggestion Enable the running of CSV, PDF reports via the API and using Oauth tokens. Details Although not formally supported through the API, it is possible to run these reports programatically at the moment using Full Access Tokens. I have found this very useful for my own wave business -- it has allowed me to create custom …

I have microsoft flow instead of Zapier. It does the same thing. Has anyone connected Wave using microsoft flow with salesforce?

Hello, I saw the addons, Wave Connect, but unfortunately it doesn't seems to be the solution to my problem. I would like to sync all transactions made through Wave, to a Google Sheet with all informations possible, as when we are performing this data export : https://support.waveapps.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017973892-How-to-export-your-accounti…

Our business purchases a lot of items and materials from various Amazon sellers. These transactions are always imported into Wave as Amazon.com or Amazon Marketplace. In order to categorize these transactions, I have to login to Amazon and then try to match them with the purchase based on price. I've noticed a few other applications lately that h…

Since WAVE doesn't seem to care about growing with customers we are going to attempt to write our own sales tax integration tool... Webhooks and API are great but how do we automatically apply them based on the address on the invoice at the time of invoice generation?

I spend ages each month splitting transactions between business and personal use percentage, calculating amounts and tax components manually, then manually creating transfer transactions and journal transactions against my business. An API that allowed accessing and modifying transactions would be amazing. How far off adding support for that are y…

We're currently having a deep look at the way our customers use Wave to help run their business. We know that for many of you, that involves other cloud based software. We're curious to know if you also use Zapier to help connect any of your cloud software to automate some of your workflows and get data into different systems? * If you do, is Wav…

Hello, All the sales transactions are invoiced through Square. The cash is transferred into my bank and those transactions flow into Wave. If Square is connected to Wave then I would have to match each Square transaction to the bank feed transaction manually in Wave. I can get sales reports out of Square. I don't see what I have gained by con…

Please add Apple Card integration.

I love the waveconnect add on. We would have so much more flexibility if we could include categories for the transactions. Thank you for your consideration.

Our product team is looking far and wide at the cloud software that our customers use and want to integrate with Wave. There are actually a couple dozen posts about topics like time tracking, e-commerce, point-of-sale, etc. so thanks for sharing there. The purpose of this post is to ask: what are your top 2 requests and why those two? Here, we'd …

Hi, I'm exploring the possibility of having an app built to integrate Wave(Contacts, Invoices, Products, Services) with a CRM platform. I was looking through the Wave-API docs trying to find either an API-Call so that I can post a payment for a Wave-Invoice but from within the CRM platform Invoice(Sync'd to Wave) or a direct Wave Invoice payment…

Hello There, My company provides property management solutions to condo and hoa associations. We have about 10,000 associations that are currently utilizing Quickbooks/Xero and other industry specific applications. We have integrated our application with Waves and if we can do the missing APIs we will be able to bring all our clients to Waves! 1…

I am a developer and run multiple businesses on Wave. Part of what I keep track of are monthly payments, principal, and interest on loans, both when I am a borrower and a lender. I have been able to set this up manually using Recurring Invoices and Bills, but it requires a lot of manual math and editing each month to get the amounts correct. I sta…

Zapier - Zap for when an invoice is paid does not exist. Would Zapier and/or Wave be accountable for developing a new Zap? I cannot not find one for when an invoice is paid. Could I request the Zap to be made? Problem: I wish to use Wave for payment collection and recurring invoices. I plan to sell subscriptions for a web app and services. Curre…

The API roadmap indicates 2019 Q3 for a Timesheet API for time tracking software integration. I'm having trouble finding any update on the progress on that and there doesn't appear to be any Timesheet API in the documentation. Is this being worked on? Is there a discussion somewhere? We are a time tracking software developer and our customers are…

hi, One of the duller tasks of being an Airbnb host is reconciling payments. Airbnb have the habit of not spotting payment errors, and for the 2 years I bothered to check, I recovered around £800 per year in payments Airbnb had failed to make. They quietly made those payments once the error was pointed out to them. It's a time-consuming task inv…

Hi guys I am a photographer. I deliver content to customers all the time, I'd like to setup a pay wall so the customer can't download photos until they are paid for. I haven't seen anything out there on the market like this. You could be the accounting vendor millions of photographers have been looking for. I usually send a preview of the photos …

I'm a Google Workspace reseller, so I live and breathe the Google tools.. I have seen some elementary integration using Zapier or similar to create triggers in Calendar that will create invoices in Wave, but they seem elementary at best, so I'm looking for advice from people who might have already created this workflow, or to give the Wave team s…

Apologies if this has been requested before and I'm sure it's in the plan, but the ability to filter/search Products by Product.name string (with wildcards) implemented on the API backend would be useful to me. Many Thanks

Hi All, A quick question, is there an HR system that integrates into Wave? I think this will be a great added value and would be best if Wave introduces one. This way it will truly be an all-in-one system

Not sure if this is the right place to post this. Etsy recently made a change to how they apply fees, so instead of sending a "bill", with all of your fees which you'd pay once a month with credit card, they now include all your fees right in your Etsy Deposit Balance account so they get subtracted right from what you are owed. The prob…

Is there away to get payment transactions on invoice with the API?

Hello, I am currently having trouble with using wave and paystack together when issuing invoices. What happens is: When I issue an invoice with a certain amount ex. $100, zapier will send the information to paystack, but then the value would change to $1. When I checked the value being sent it shows $100, but paystack views it at $1. I tried the…

I don't see an integration to link Venmo to Wave. Is anything in the works to integrate data imports from Venmo? I tried Zapier but they don't have Venmo as an option over there yet.
