Payments not set up!!!

Hi everyone! I set up my “payments” feature 10 business days ago and also received my first payment that same day. When I click on “payments” in the invoice app, I get a message stating there are delays right now with setting up payments. When I call the help number, there’s a recording stating that there’s no longer customer service available through telephone and the only way to receive help is through the online chat. So, I go to try to chat with someone, and there’s a note that no one is available right now!! Please help!! Has anyone else experienced such a long delay with credit card payments?!! And is there any way to get help from someone?!! Thank you in advance.
