Getting Credit Card sales funds release

Has anyone experience getting their credit sales funds on hold?
We just tried the get paid by credit card feature and the first transaction is been hold and they are asking us money laundry questions.
Is this a normal behavior for each transaction or just funds coming from Mexico's customers?

Hey @Enpersona360 . As you probably already know, our Account Management team will reach out to our users if they require more information about a payment. This definitely does not happen for every payment.

Hi there Alex, we have been contacted and provided the requested data. We also got an email confirming the release of the funds, but as of today we haven't see any postings in our bank account. Why is it taking so long?
Hey @Enpersona360! If you are expecting an invoice payment through Payments by Wave, you can head to: Banking -> Payouts to view an 'expected delivery date' for the payment. If the expected delivery date was November 12th, the payment can arrive at any time throughout the day up until the banks close, so you just have to keep an eye out for the deposit
